Google Play and app license
The Android app is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play and its apps is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. These terms cover your use of the Memo Reminders website and app. Any app download, license, purchase, refund, or store transaction is also subject to the terms shown by Google Play.
The Memo Reminders app, its name, and its original materials belong to Dragan Atanasov or their respective rights holders. You may use the app for your personal, lawful purposes. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app or its materials except where applicable law permits it or the rights holder has given permission.
Using reminders and actions
You are responsible for the reminders, notes, and action details you create. Make sure you have the right to use the information you add, and check it before you save or act on a reminder.
If you choose an action such as Call, SMS, Email, Navigate, or Web, the app opens another app with the details you entered. You are responsible for reviewing those details and deciding whether to continue in that app. Third-party apps and services have their own terms and privacy practices. The Memo Reminders app does not automatically send a text message or email when it opens those actions.
Reminders and notifications
Notifications depend on Android, your device, and your settings. The app may need notification permission and Alarms & reminders access to deliver scheduled reminders. Battery controls, system settings, device restarts, or software behavior may delay or prevent a notification. The app cannot guarantee that a notification will appear at an exact time or that you will see or act on it.
Do not rely on Memo Reminders as the only way to receive urgent or safety-critical information.
Third-party services and charges
Links and reminder actions may open Google Play, maps, email, messaging, calling, or web services operated by others. Those services are not controlled by Memo Reminders and their own terms apply. Your mobile or internet provider may charge you for data or calls under your plan.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the website or app. The Android app may require updates to keep working with newer versions of Android. We aim to keep the services available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available.
The browser version is coming soon and the iOS version is under development. They are not currently available for use.
Disclaimers and legal rights
Memo Reminders is a practical reminder tool, not a guaranteed notification or alert service. To the extent permitted by law, the website and app are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, website, or applicable law changes. The latest version and its update date will be posted on this page. Where required, we will give notice or ask for your agreement before a change applies.
